Yes , you can do this and it’s easy too , Now you dont have to buy yourself a copy of Adobe Acrobat to write PDF files , all you have to do is just download WinPDF Writer.

It is a great solution to publish your content as Pdf files , It creates a virtual printer that creates pdf documents out of any text document that you create in Windows applications.
It’s working flawlessly with Microsoft Office and I suppose it would work with other applications as well. I just have to select the virtual printer to create the pdf document, and i can easily create PDF’s of my Microsoft Word files ( .doc, .rtf ) rather i can create PDF’s even from images or Excel sheets !!! Because any application that can print it’s content can be printed to a PDF file .
