Well, for most of the linux geeks , it’s pretty simple and obvious but to newbies it’s still a herculean task . I’ll tell about opening Windows shared files/folders in Linux .

just open u your File browser ( The my computer one ! ) , and in the address bar(if you cant see it just check in the options)  type :

smb://<ip address of you friends pc>  for eg. if your friend has shared file on IP 192.16.32.1 just do this.

smb://192.168.32.1

and press enter .

for opening Bluetooth devices and settings in the Konqueror type :

bluetooth://

and press enter .
